Homeowners looking for quick tips that may help them cure common air conditioning or appliance problems can now consult a new source – Techster’s Tips. Techster’s Tips were added to Home-Tech’s recently updated website which now features much more news and information on the company’s services and products. Customers can schedule service calls online, browse current product catalogs and review news updates on the company and even purchase or renew service agreements on the new website.
Home-Tech website visitors can get expert advice from Southwest Florida air conditioning and appliance service and sales leader Home-Tech’s 29 years of experience, the company shares potential fixes for everything from refrigerator noise to dryers that take a long time to dry.
“We’re always happy to send our technicians out to help customers, but sometimes, people appreciate having a few simple tricks to try on their own first,” Home-Tech President and CEO Steve Marino says. “It’s like getting an error message on your computer, calling tech support, and finding out that simply restarting the machine will fix it. There are some simple tricks that are always good to try first and most likely, some of the first things our technicians will check for – that is now all available online.”
Tips are already available for nearly every appliance in the home. The section will also offer timely advice, such as how to “spring clean” appliances. New tips will be posted about once per week.
